Once we receive your order, your product is inspected thoroughly to ensure it is in perfect condition. After it passes through the final round of quality checks, the product is packed securely. Then shipping label with the tracking number is created and the package is handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address, they may contact you to resolve the issue. Therefore please indicate your phone number while placing your order. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders within the USA and Canada. Small parcel orders are shipped between 1-3 business days via FedEx. Heavy items (over 100 pounds) are shipped and delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping within the USA in 3-7 business days. Note that we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

If the item is delivered damaged, please send REPLACEMENT REQUEST at Do not forget to mention YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and MARKETPLACE NAME. Correctly state each damaged piece's part number. Part number(s) can be found on the edge of the wood piece(s). You may also refer to the assembly manual to identify the damaged part number(s). Essentially, attach at least 3 photos of the damaged item(s) with a clearly appearing shipping label to your e-mail. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours with a proper solution.

Send a RETURN REQUEST at mentioning YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and MARKETPLACE NAME where you placed your online order. Write the return reason(s). If the product is delivered damaged/defective, attach at least three photos with a clearly appearing shipping label. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours with a proper solution. Please, do not return the item without our further notice.
